Christian Heilmann was one of the first technical evangelists working in Europe. At Yahoo!, then Mozilla, and today at Microsoft he has increased his impact by helping community members to also be effective evangelists.

At DevRelCon San Franciso 2016, he described how he does this, the lessons he has learned and gives advice on how other developer relations teams can do the same.
