DevXcon 2018 is happening on June 4th and 5th in San Francisco. We already have huge industry thought leaders such as Jono Bacon, Bear Douglas, and Peter Merholz with many more to come.

The vision for this year is two-fold:

  1. Advance practitioner experiences in areas such as Developer Marketing, Advocacy, and Community Building
  2. Develop an understanding of the connection between these areas of Developer Experience and Product design and management

We’ve curated our speaker line-up and the schedule to bring the event – and you, the practitioner – various industry areas of expertise, and opportunities to discuss use cases, make connections, and share solutions. Our speakers will be covering topics such as:

  • What is a use case in which developer advocates set the vision for the product that eventually changes the entire company’s business model?
  • How do we improve the connection between Developer marketing, advocacy, and product feedback so that it is more organized and measurable?
  • How does a company or an open-source community build Contributor Experience, and what are the different business models?

So, register now to meet our speakers and join the discussion! This is a volunteer-run event and we do it out of our passion for developer experience.

We also thank major sponsors such as GitHub who believe in our vision and generously give us support 💖. I look forward to seeing you at the event!

Best,

Tamao Nakahara, DevXcon SF 2018 co-organizer
